What We Offer: Opportunities to support life-changing work behind the scenes are rare—but at LJI, that is exactly the kind of impact you can have. While this role does not take place on the front lines, it directly strengthens the systems that allow our schools and teams to thrive.
Joining LJI as a volunteer means contributing your skills to meaningful, long-term impact. You will be part of a connected, purpose-driven team committed to excellence, sustainability, and stewarding well what God has entrusted to us.
Position Type: Volunteer Unpaid; Remote (U.S.-Based Preferred)
Estimated Time Commitment: 5–15 hours per week
Optional: One short-term visit to South Asia (as needed, not required)
Program and Position Overview: Love Justice International operates a school in South Asia that serves approximately 230 students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. The school is committed to providing a joyful, high-expectations, student-centered education while equipping and supporting national teachers and staff.
As the school grows, so does the need for clear documentation, organized resources, and well-designed systems that support teachers, onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations. This volunteer role exists to help strengthen and sustain that work.
The Education Documentation & Systems Support Volunteer will work closely with school leadership and administrative staff to review existing documentation, organize resources, and help create or refine materials that support teacher training and school systems. While the role is fully remote, there may be an opportunity for one short-term visit to South Asia to deepen understanding and alignment.
The duration of this volunteer opportunity is flexible, but we ask for a minimum commitment of 100 hours.
